Run Cancellation Procedures
- Runs should be cancelled when the temperature reaches -40 (Celsius) or -45 (Celsius) with the wind chill.
- Bus drivers are to make the determination to cancel their runs individually based on the conditions in the area of their route.
- Bus drivers are to contact EACH family on their route to advise of the cancellation of their run.
- Morning and afternoon runs are to be cancelled separately, therefore if the conditions causing the cancellation of the morning run change, then the afternoon run should be operated. If there is no change, then the afternoon run should be cancelled and all stakeholders informed.
